Learn to use the foam roller, lacrosse balls, straps, blocks, and other tools to loosen up those chronically tight areas of your body. We will focus on increasing mobility specifically in the hips and shoulders, which will allow you to sit with less pain, move and perform better, and deepen your yoga practice.
