One-on-one Private Yoga Sessions:

Do you want to develop a stronger home practice?  Maybe you want to start practicing yoga, but you’re not sure where to start.  Perhaps you’re a long-time practitioner, and want some guidance on nailing-down correct alignment.

One-on-one private yoga sessions are a great way to focus on YOUR goals and strengthen your yoga practice.  Depending on what you want to achieve, we can craft a sequence that you can use in your home practice, check your alignment in a series of poses, or work on one or two key poses that you’ve been working towards.  This can even be used as a one-on-one yoga class if you are uncomfortable attending public classes.

Dr. Sandy Baird leads a Private yoga lesson in Oakland

Sessions are with Dr. Sandy Baird, a certified yoga teacher through Piedmont Yoga’s 225 hour Deep Yoga Teacher Training program.  Rates are $75/hr.  Intro special: only $25 for your first session!  Please call 510-465-2342 or email to schedule your session.

Public Class Schedule:

Sandy teaches fitness classes and substitute teaches yoga classes on a regular basis at studios and gyms in Oakland and the surrounding areas.  Upcoming classes will be posted here and on our Facebook page.  Please check individual studio and gym websites for further information.
