⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have had a persistent mechanical imbalance that has impacted my runs. I started seeing Dr. Baird after a disappointing interaction with an orthopedic PA who told me I was basically too fat to run. Since starting to work with Dr. Baird, whose calm demeanor and exceptional listening skills also set me at ease, I am running again. Their willingness to help me get back to all of my sports also helps me put in the self-care necessary for success. My body feels awesome and I now run pain-free! -P.M.

Life changing! Sandy in incredibly intuitive - they always know exactly where the pain is coming from, and is able to get in there with tissue and skeletal adjustments to reduce it considerably. I came in with really bad back pain but also issues in my shoulders, knees and hips. Since seeing Sandy, I stand taller, have much less pain, and just feel better in my body overall. I've been to many chiropractors over the years and Sandy is the only one to have a lasting impact!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dr. Baird is amazing! So happy to have a practitioner in the queer+trans community to see for my back and leg problems. They have an outstanding bedside manner, and the whole process feels very empathetic and cooperative. I've been suffering from misalignment and neuropathy for many years, and I'm very happy with their chiropractic treatments as a complement to my yoga and PT.

Hi I'm Dr. Sandy Baird, DC (he/him). I've been in practice for over a decade specializing in muscle work, adjustments, and physiotherapy rehab exercises. I love working with people to help resolve the kind of shoulder, glute/hip, knee, and foot pain that many people assume they just have to live with if they are going to stay active past their twenties or thirties. I've been certified in ART, Graston, and several other soft-tissue techniques and PT modalities that help you resolve your injury and also maintain your progress so that the same injury pattern is less likely to come back. Personally, over the past few years my fitness pursuits have varied between intense weightlifting/powerlifting, to indoor soccer, to walking around the Grand Lake area enjoying all the flowers. I'm here to support you in whatever movement practices or activities that are best serving you these days!
My practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive as well as size-inclusive and weight neutral. That is, in addition to having a sturdy treatment table and waiting area chair, I don't make comments about anyone's body (unless as it directly applies to treatment), I won't be blaming anyone's injury on their weight, and I won't suggest or engage in discussions around weight loss. This intro special is a great way for you to get to know my work and see how it resonates with you. I look forward to meeting you!
